Travis Warstler founded Everlast Landscape Group in 2012. Travis developed a passion for the landscaping industry early in life. He enjoyed working with equipment, getting his hands dirty, and discussing the trade with others. His success is largely attributed to the internships he completed with top landscape firms, and encouragement from his father, who also owned a well-respected landscaping business.
After losing his father to cancer in 2011, Travis founded Everlast Landscape Group a year later. The company began with basic lawn and landscape services but quickly expanded to include paver patios, retaining walls, landscape design, fertilization, and commercial snow/ice management. In 2019, Everlast added excavation services such as site preparation and earth moving work. Since expanding into landscape construction, efficient and innovative equipment has proved that Everlast Landscape Group is above the rest.

Travis is the dynamic force behind Everlast, known for his unique blend of humor and leadership. His team views him as a genuine leader who leads by example—whether it’s jumping into a ditch with a shovel or working late to ensure his team can enjoy family time.
Travis builds strong relationships with customers from day one, maintaining open communication throughout every project. His passion for people—be it his team, family, friends, or clients—ensures that everyone feels valued.

Since joining Everlast in 2019, Dave has played a crucial role in managing daily operations. With over 25 years of experience in the green industry, he wears many hats, but his favorite is team culture. He is the driving force, keeping everyone on task, ensuring a positive work culture to inspire the crew to achieve career goals. Dave often delights the team with his culinary skills to acknowledge hard work. Outside the office, you can find him manning his BBQ smoker, driving his wife of 17 years crazy, coaching his son’s soccer team, or cheering on his daughter at Cross Country.
Derick joined Everlast in 2022, initially focused on estimating, and quickly took on expanded responsibilities, overseeing the company’s civil and commercial construction projects.
In 2024, he was promoted to Vice President, now playing a key role in driving strategic initiatives and cultivating strong relationships with both the Everlast team and clients.
Outside of work, Derick is often found attending his children’s sporting events or planning his next adventure, with a goal to visit all U.S. National Parks.
Lori has been with Everlast since its inception, bringing over 30 years of experience in business administration from the dental field. As the Office Manager, she ensures the financial aspects of the company run smoothly. If you've called the office, you've likely experienced her warm and caring demeanor.
Outside of work, Lori enjoys shopping, exploring craft and vintage markets, and cherishing time with her husband, family, and grandchildren.
Ryan has been an integral part of the Everlast team since 2017, starting as a landscape crew leader and advancing to Lead Project Manager. His calm demeanor and “get it done” attitude make him a favorite among clients, who appreciate his expertise in operating skid steers and excavators—skills he has honed over thousands of hours.
When he’s not managing large-scale projects, Ryan enjoys unwinding on the golf course with a cold beer and a fine cigar, or spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
Alex began with Everlast in 2017 as a laborer, quickly advanced to leading small teams in landscape installations. During his time with the company, he pursued his education at Kent State University, earning a degree in Business and Project Management. After gaining valuable experience estimating and managing projects across various construction trades, Alex returned to Everlast in early 2025 as an Estimator and Project Manager. Alex is passionate about outdoor activities and enjoys hiking, backpacking, camping, canoeing, and mountain biking.
